  • Once payment is made, your order enters our processing queue and is prepared for dispatch.

  • Please review your order details carefully before making payment to avoid any inconvenience.

3. Exceptional Cases

  • In rare circumstances (e.g., unavailability of product or error in listing), Anita Creations by Anita Gupta reserves the right to cancel the order and issue a full refund to the customer.

However, as part of our commitment to quality and fairness, please note the following refund policy.

1. General Policy

  • We follow a No Refund Policy for all confirmed and delivered orders.
  • Refunds are not applicable for reasons such as change of mind, dissatisfaction with color or design variations, or incorrect selection.

2. Refund Eligibility

Refunds may only be issued in the following exceptional cases:

  • The ordered item is out of stock after payment.
  • A duplicate payment has been made by the customer.
  • An order cancellation initiated by Anita Creations due to unforeseen issues.

3. Refund Process

  • Approved refunds will be processed to the same payment method used for purchase within 7–10 business days.
  • Customers will be notified once the refund has been initiated.
